Stage 2: To prove...
Withe walked down the streets of pontera, many merchants were promoting their stuff there. One of them called out to Withe in hope that Withe would be interested in his goods. However Withe was in another world of his own, he was pondering on what Krion had told him, “It wasn’t us who destroyed the crystal, we couldn’t even scratch it. A black wizard which had the ability to fly destroyed the crystal with a magic we had never seen before…” Withe thought to himself, could that guy be related to the gunner I met that day. That must mean that the third jobs have been released… Suddenly a dragon made of fire appeared, it attacked the merchants and then exploded at them. It was the black wizard that Krion told him about, that black wizard soon attacked Withe with another dragon made of fire. Withe destroyed the dragon with a dual bash attack. The flames of what remains of the dragon slowly extinguished, revealing the black wizard’s face. “It can’t be…” Withe thought to himself. The black wizard began to speak, “It’s been a long time no? Withe, or should I say Rether hikaru, and you have become a knight who I had thought you would be. Stronger than the rest, invented new moves from weaknesses, the ability to do the impossible!” Withe whispered the black wizard’s name as he stared at him with tearful eyes, “Larione…”
Meanwhile, a storm was brewing at izlude. Dark clouds gathered as if a dark force had arrived. That dark force was Reion, he had came to izlude to terrorize the town but now stood before him someone who wanted to defend this town. He was an assassin whose name was Holyin. The very same assassin who fought at Juno.They both stared at each other waiting for the other’s move, the thundered roared and soon it would began to rain. Reion pointed his Genblades at Holyin and shot at him. Holyin was surprised, as he had never seen such an attack before, an attack, which was both swift and powerful that it was almost impossible to dodge. Holyin quickly jumped to the skies, dodging the bullets and began to launch an aerial attack. Reion saw it coming and defended with the blades of his weapons. They fought in close combat, each trying to slash their target. Their moves and attacks were both equally swift and powerful. However they were equally skilled as well, soon Reion got some ground and began to shoot at Holyin. Holyin was at a range not too far, but quite close as well. So he decided to counter the bullets, he used a sonic blow attack at the bullets hopping one of his strikes would deflect the bullets. Surely enough it worked, he was able to deflect the bullets. Reion grinned and wasn’t worried, he chanted a few magic words and two spheres appeared at the tip of his weapons. He aimed at Holyin and fired a blast of great power. The bullet was filled with energy and flew even faster than ever. Holyin tried to counter it once more with his sonic blow, but he realized that he could see the bullet in the burst of energy from the bullet and thus it would be dumb to sonic blow an area when he could focus his attack on one point. However as time was short, he sonic blow the bullet instead of an area. The power of the sonic blow couldn’t stand up to the blast and thus, Holyin was hit back by the force. He crashed in to a nearby water fountain. However Holyin didn’t give up, he stood back up and was more focus than before. His eyes narrowed closer, he then said, “One more time…” Reion agreed and aimed his weapon once more at Holyin. Two spheres began to charge up once again. The bullet was fired, this time with an even greater force. Holyin just stood firmly, his arms crossed and close to his chest. “If you want to compare power than fine! Speed, strength, might…I will prove it all…” The bullet came closer, Holyin stood at a weird stance and said, “ I can see them Reion…you cannot escape…F-Center Blow!” Holyin released all his energy and might on to the bullet as swift as possible creating a momentum. He was dead on, the force had hit the tip of the bullet causing the bullet to stop and the force was released away on to all sides around the bullet. The bullet lost its momentum and fell to the ground. Reion laughed out loudly. “Again,…once again my bullets have been countered…you arrogant fool! Do you honestly think that is the limit to my power? Mark my words…the cold hard steel of my bullet will pierce your heart!” Reion shouted. He then charged his weapon once more, the dark clouds began to gather around him. As his weapon charged its energy, a lot of force was taken in causing even the ground to crack. Holyin wasn’t afraid, he stood his stance once more and prepared to counter. Reion’s weapon was ready, he pulled the trigger and shouted, “Chaos, darkness, feel the might of my sorrow! Death wade of the darkness!” A great shot was released with immense power. The bullet move with such power and speed that the ground crack, and pieces of the ground broke free flying into the air. Buildings were shook and windows broken, some even break and flew fell apart. Holyin tried to counter it once more, but was immediately forced back without even putting up a fight. Holyin was pushed and blown so hard that he crashed threw three buildings before he stopped. The bullet destroyed most of the town, almost everything was in a ruin stat by now. The bullet had hit its spot directly at Holyin’s heart. Reion walked away in his victory leaving Holyin there and everything as it is. However what he didn’t know was that Holyin was still alive, the bullet had hit Holyin’s chest but under the clothes and bandages was a plate amour that have cracked badly and the bullet already touching his chest. Withe had advised Holyin after his own encounter to wear it, and now it had saved his life. Holyin lay there injured badly, he closed his eyes and faced the sky as rain drops had began to fall and hit his face. “ Thank-you…” he whispered.
Meanwhile, Larione continued to attack Withe with his blazendra strike attack. “ Why, Larione, why! How in the world did you get back? I thought you died two years ago? I saw your tomb?” Withe shouted at Larione as he defended himself. Larione replied and continued attacking, “ I didn’t really die…at that time I really thought I was going to die when the Lord of death grabbed me. However he didn’t kill me…I can’t remember what he did to me after that…in the end I found myself lying on the grounds of a desert…but it doesn’t matter now! Dark Nova!” Larione summoned a great ball of darkness. He then launched it at Withe. Withe tried to match its power by using a dual bash. However the dark ball proved to be too strong for Withe’s strength and exploded in front of him. Withe crashed into a nearby building and fell back down to the ground. He opened his eyes and realized that he couldn’t see properly. Everything was blur and dark, he couldn’t use his skills or aim properly. He had been affected by the darkness status. However he was still determined to fight, he picked up his sword and prepared to attack again. If only I could get close, he thought to himself. Withe used his two-hand quicken skill and charged forward. Larione responded by blasting him with fire dragons. Withe slashed and dodged the attacks, he then ran as fast as he could towards Larione. When he got close, he used a dual bash against Larione. Larione defended with his scythe like staff, he then tried to slash Withe as well. Withe countered the attack easily and knew he could win if they fought in close combat. Larione realized this as well and flew to the skies. Withe jumped after him, but was stopped by another of Larione’s skills, aerial wall. Withe jumped to a nearby building and continued his chase on the rooftops. Larione then enclosed Withe with his aero walls. “ Time to end this Withe!” Larione shouted as he charged his final move. Withe shouted back while also preparing to counter the move, “There are still lots of things we have to settle first! I won’t lose, I won’t step down till we talk!” Larione was ready and released his move, “Dragonic soul strike!” Five dragon like souls attack Withe. Withe stood firmly and hit the ground with great force causing the ground to break and the rocks to defend him from the dragons. However the dragons destroyed the rocks instead and hit Withe before exploding at him. Withe was still suffering from the darkness status and couldn’t defend back in the end. He kneeled down in exhaustion, while Larione flew away. Withe thought to himself, damn I have to get stronger, it may be a fact that a knight can never win a wizard but I can’t except that! I will do the impossible!…in my memory after training, you was the only person I remembered…I need you to tell me who am I…I need to know! He then collapsed.
At the far end of the desert was morroc. A battle had started there, about the same time the other two battles had begun. A spirit summoner had summoned two knight of abyss to attack morroc, a crusader, sage, rouge and monk decided to protect morroc. The crusader fought one while the sage and the rouge fought the other. Meanwhile the monk went to look for the source, in this case the summoner. The crusader knocked back the knight of abyss with his shield charge attack. Then he combo it with his shield boomerang. However the knight of abyss was still able to stand up and fight. The crusader then tried to finish it off with his holy cross attack. Two beams of light slashed the knight of abyss. It endured the attack and was now close enough to attack the crusader. However the crusader was able to guard the attack as he had activate his auto guard move before the battle. Meanwhile the sage and rouge were having a hard time battling the other knight of abyss. Both of them weren’t able to withstand any of the enemy’s attack, thus they had to dodge and attack at the same time. The sage tried to distract the knight of abyss while the rogue tried to get to the back of it to do a backstab attack. They succeeded a few times before the knight of abyss was defeated. The monk was now chasing after the summoner as they jumped from building to building. The monk finally caught up and tried a triple blow attack on the summoner, but the summoner easily dodge all the attacks. He then strike back with a punch of incredible force. However the monk was able to withstand it, and tried a quadruplet blow, but once more the summoner dodge them with such ease like he knew where the monk was going to punch. The monk got fed up of missing that he tried to do a day of the dragon technique. The summoner predicted it and dodge the attack again by punching the rooftop below him causing him to fall into the building, dodging the attack. The monk jumped into the hole made up the summoner, he was quickly punched out of that building crashing into another. The monk got really angry, he shouted to the summoner, “ How? How do you know what I was going to do? Where I was going to punch?” The summoner replied calmly, “Haven’t you realized it yet? I’m psychic, I can read your mind and enhance my body’s capability with my mind.” With that power began to rise into the sky from the summoner’s body. His eyes glowed brightly, he then jumped towards the monk and then punched him through another three more buildings. The summoner then said, “ This is getting boring…” and teleported through a warp portal.
Soon enough other cities were attack by the second third jobholders. Each city was tested to be defenseless against the attacks. A meeting was then held with both the second second jobholders and the first second jobholders. After a very reluctant choice, they had decided to hold a peace treating thus ending the war of the two sides. They did this so that as they protect ragnarok, they won’t need to worry about fighting each other. However this marked also as the beginning of a new war against the third side. Meanwhile, the third jobholders had their own meeting with the secret voice they all hear as well. “Go to the capitals of ragnarok, there you will find the secret chambers of the seal. Break the seal by destroying all the crystals in the chambers. Then we will have the power and army to battle against the alliance, the people who caused the war which had you suffer so much. Then I will also be free to roam this world. Fight with the grudges you have from over the years of suffering, do not let anyone get the best of you! For you are the third jobholders, now go and obtain your victory over the alliance!”
